I guess it really comes down to that you just have to keep going no matter what. You've got to stay positive even when it seems impossible. You attract abundance and good things when you constantly c h o o s e to think positive thoughts. We are all brainwashed by the society, parents and religion. You have to unlearn that and create your own belief system. Be very aware of who you let in your inner circle. Mental illness is not in the mind only, it is in the body too. Your body will manifest all that you have inside as neuroses and illnesses and rigid belief systems.
Life is fluid, and the Universe is there helping you if you are just honest to yourself. You've got to be honest no matter what. You've got to be brutally honest about yourself and your life. Persistence is the key to making it, no matter what you do. Life is a series of obstacles, and you have to overcome them one by one. Go towards the fear, there is genius behind that. And above all, when things get REALLY tough:
Take it VERY easy
Give yourself time
Go for walk, even if it is difficult. Just a little bit at least.
Try to look for patterns, How have you become where you are now?
Have you been repeating things? Most of us are.
One day, things will be good. Be grateful anyway, life is a gift. You were born perfect. It is not your fault, but you have the responsibility to get well.
Timo Tolkki was born 3. 3. 66 in Helsinki Finland, and is a Finnish musician. He was 5 years old when he first touched a guitar and started playing when he was 7 years old. Tolkki took guitar lessons up until he was 14 and got his first electric guitar when he was 12 years old. His first musical influences were The Beatles, ABBA and The Shadows. When he heard “Smoke on the Water” playing on the radio, it changed the course of his playing and he started buying copies of Rainbow and Deep Purple’s albums. His ever first album bought was “Rainbow: On Stage”. Tolkki also found the myriad of guitar heroes existing in the beginning of the early 80’s including Randy Rhoads, Gary Moore and Yngwie Malmsteen. They all had a profound impact in Tolkki’s own playing style combined with his love for
classical music. Timo is best known as the former guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer of the power metal band Stratovarius. With his tenure lasting for more than twenty years, he was the longest standing member of the band before his departure in 2008. After leaving Stratovarius he formed two supergroups named Revolution Renaissance and Symfonia, both of which have since disbanded. In a 2011 article by Guitar World magazine, Tolkki was included in the all-time top 50 list of the world's fastest guitarists.
