I try to stay in shape physically by training, and mentally by writing and playing music. I’ve noticed when I’ve had periods with no or very little physical training I tend to feel more blue, don’t see the point in things. So it works for me, but if you are really struggling, you should seek professional help. There’s nothing wrong or weird about that. I think we all, healthy or sick, should talk to someone professional once in a while.
Swedish Hard Rock / Hair Metal band Crazy Lixx carries the torch of Rock ‘n’ Roll with pride. Since their album debut in
2007, the band has been enthralling crowds with their unique brand of 80’s Hard Rock. Noted as one of the last standing bands of ‘The New Wave of Swedish Sleaze’, Crazy Lixx are pioneers of Sweden’s rock music scene in their own right.
