I try to stay in shape physically by training, and mentally by writing and playing music. I’ve noticed when I’ve had periods with no or very little physical training I tend to feel more blue, don’t see the point in things. So it works for me, but if you are really struggling, you should seek professional help. There’s nothing wrong or weird about that. I think we all, healthy or sick, should talk to someone professional once in a while.
