When things suck, I work out. I may not be able to control the world around me but I can control the world within me. When I feel like things are shitty, I do things that make me feel like I've tried to better myself. I go for a run, lift weights or go for a hike where I can also meditate on my situation to help find a way to make things work. I hope my way of dealing we the life may inspire others to walk the same path.
