In times of deep despair and consuming dread like loss of a loved one or a bad break up I look to friends for support. Don’t let yourself be alone. You cannot deal with your own internal pressures by yourself. There needs to be an outside source to bring you to a happier more uplifting place. Listening to music from my childhood helped me tremendously. Something uplifting. Nature has a healing power as well. Take a short hike with a friend and talk about the beauty of it all around you. Remember. You cannot do this alone! Get help from someone or something to pull you through.
